SRINAGAR: The Unified Media Operations Center for Hajj at the Saudi Ministry of Media has introduced a new unified welcome identity for pilgrims, developed in collaboration with the Pilgrim Service Program.

The initiative represents a coordinated effort by the Ministries of Hajj and Umrah, Culture, and the Saudi Tourism Authority to improve the experience of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques during Hajj.
The new identity is aimed at standardising media and awareness messages for pilgrims from the moment they enter the Kingdom. It provides a cohesive visual and media framework to be applied across all communication platforms, reflecting the Islamic and humanitarian values central to the Hajj and Umrah system.
According to the Unified Media Operations Center, the identity will serve as an official reference for all government agencies involved in the Hajj season. It covers a wide range of visual and media applications, including entry points, facilities, digital platforms, and media content.
Officials described the launch as a unified, welcoming face of the Kingdom for the millions of pilgrims who arrive annually for Hajj and Umrah.
