18391 patients have been detected with cancer in twin health centers of GMC in two capital cities of the state, government said on Tuesday.

While divulging the details, the government said that 13358 patients were treated, while 17515 patients are undergoing treatment since 2013.

While giving the break-up, the government said 6300, 7098 and 4993 patients were detected with cancer respectively in 2013, 2014 and 2015 (till Sept ending).

Number of patients treated were: 4654, 5136 and 3568 in 2013, 2014 and 2015 (till Sept ending).

Government said number of patients under treatment were 5954 (2013), 6686 (2014) and 4875 (2015 till ending September).
