“Our report on Kashmir is almost complete. The report carries the wishes and aspirations of people of Kashmir and I can tell you that it is completely factual. We are going to present this report before the government of India within a couple of days,” he said.

He said that their delegation tried to reach every section of society in Kashmir. “We gave patient hearing to everyone and recorded each and every point raised by the people. In fact our work and efforts were appreciated by the people of Kashmir,” he said.

Responding to a question, Wajahat Habibullah said that it was the job of government of Jammu and Kashmir to see whether to issue ‘Domicile Certificates’  among the West Pakistan refugees at this critical stage was in the interest of peace or not.
