Masarat, daughter of Ghulam Hassan Shah needs immediate help and attention of the authorities.
The family appealed the authorities to immediately evacuate the lady or clear the roads of snow. “Deployment of a team of doctors from a nearby health care facility to the locality is also an option,” they said.
