SRINAGAR: A youth from south Kashmir’s Anantnag district qualifies UPSC examination with 225 Rank. Waseem Ahmad Bhat Son of Mohammad Yousuf Bhat hails from Bragram Batpora in Dooru.
His initial schooling starting at SS MISSION NATHIPORA and completes his engineering course from NIT Srinagar.
He credits his success to his parents and his hard work. Waseem is the first youth from Shahbad area who qualified UPSC examination.
