Speedy vehicle hits 23-yr-old to death in Jammu and Kashmir’s Handwara

A speedy vehicle hit and killed a 23-year-old youth in Handwara on Wednesday afternoon.

Reports said that Haroon Rashid Khan of Kulangam was critically injured after a speeding vehicle hit him near degree college in Handwara.

He was rushed to Handwara hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
