The Spokesman of the office of Advocate General has today clarified that the Court has not given any direction for personal appearance of Sham Lal Sharma Minister PHE, in the PIL No. 6 of 2013 titled Dr Nissar-ul-Hassan and another versus State of Jammu and Kashmir and others as was reported in a section of press.
This matter came up for hearing before the division bench of the High Court headed by the Chief Justice of J&K on May 09, 2013.
As per a statement the Counsel representing the Minister Sham Lal Sharma has sought time to file the reply. The Court has granted the time to the Counsel representing the Minister to file the reply by next date of hearing which is May 20, 2013.
