SRINAGAR: The Supreme Court Collegium has approved the appointment of Judicial Officer Yash Paul Bourney as a Judge of the High Court of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh.
The decision was taken at the Collegium’s meeting held on September 10, 2026.
Bourney is currently serving as a Judicial Officer, and his appointment will be subject to completion of the requisite formalities.
