The three Class 12 boys who went missing yesterday from Boniyar area of Baramulla have been found in Jammu on Thursday, police said.
The police team headed by SHO Boniyar Tariq Ahmad found the three boys—Khalid Aziz of Sheeri, Furkan Khurshid of Zogyor and Umar Guroo of Badami bagh Sopore at Jammu Railway and brought them back to valley.
The police had filed an Fir No. 48/2015 under Section 363 in this case after the trio went missing yesterday from their boarding school Kendriya Vishwa Vidayala at Shah Kote Boniyar in the district.
Police said it was not immediately known what motivated the boys to run away soon after offering morning prayers in a local mosque.
