A traders group called for strike in Kashmir valley on Monday against the murderous assault on three Kashmiris in Udhampur in the intervening night of Friday-Saturday.
A faction of Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Forum (KTMF) – an amalgam of various trade bodies – Sunday called for complete shutdown across Kashmir to protest the murderous assault on three Kashmiri truckers in Udhampur.
Pertinently two Kashmiri truckers were set afire by a mob in Shakti Nagar area of Jammu.
Mohammad Sadiq Baqal, president of his KTMF faction, led a protest demonstration at Press Enclave this afternoon against the assault and appealed people to observe a complete shutdown tomorrow.
