A traffic cop was beaten up by the Army on Tuesday in Nowgam area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar.
Reports said that army beat traffic cop identified as Mudasir Ahmad, a resident of Balhama after he allowed a civilian vehicle to pass closer to army vehicle stationed near Nowgam chowk.
The injured cop was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
A video of the traffic cop bleeding has gone viral on social media and was widely shared by the people.
