Dozens of people Friday took to streets in restive Tral, the hometown of slain Hizb commander Burhan Wani, in Pulwama district in southern part of Kashmir and held massive protest rally after Friday prayers.

Raising pro-Pakistan and anti-India slogans, the protesters protested the issuance of domicile certificates for West Pakistan refugees and the Supreme Court verdict on the sovereignty of Jammu and Kashmir.

The joint resistance leadership had called for peaceful protests after Friday prayers against the reported move of the government to issue domicile certificates to West Pakistan refugees.
