SRINAGAR: Two Srinagar residents sustained injuries after a Toyota Fortuner met with an accident at S-Mode near Hariganwan in the Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday, officials said.
The accident occurred after the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, according to an official.
The injured were identified as Irshad Ahmad Para, 47, of Panthachowk, and Mohd Latief Matto, 41, of Qamarwari.
Both men were taken out of the SUV and shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH), Kangan, for treatment.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident.
