Udhampur Incident: Yasin Malik too Calls for Shutdown; Mirwaiz Supports Traders

JKLF chief Muhammad Yasin Malik Sunday evening called for a complete shut down on Monday 12th October 2015 against Udhampur attack on a Kashmiri truck driver and burning down his truck.

Terming the attack on a Kashmiri truck by petrol bomb at Udhampur as “terrorism supported by the rulers”, Yasin Malik in a party statement said, “this attack has once again proved that PDP led rulers are actually enemies of Muslims and Kashmiris and Kashmiris are not safe even on their land now. “Such attacks are not acceptable at all.”

Malik while condemning this attack said, “communal forces led by PDP and BJP are hell bent upon attacking and making lives of Kashmiris difficult and Kashmiris cannot tolerate all this state sponsored terrorism silently.”

He appealed Kashmiris to stand up against “this state sponsored violence and observe a complete shutdown tomorrow, Monday 12th October 2015”.

Meanwhile, Hurriyat Conference (m) head Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement supported the strike call on 12th October 2015 (Monday) given by a faction of Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) against the burning of Truck with three persons on board at Udhampur.
