Dr Khurshid Iqbal Andrabi, Vice Chancellor, University of Kashmir Friday called on Governor NN Vohra at Raj Bhavan.
Dr Andrabi discussed with the Governor various important issues relating to the functioning of the University and informed the latter about the teaching programmes being run in the second shift, in the evenings.
The VC also discussed with the Governor matters relating to the State Eligibility Test which is scheduled to be conducted on May 22, 2016.
The Governor discussed with the Vice Chancellor the need for adequate investments being made for enlarging facilities for indoor and outdoor sports and extra-mural facilities for the students.
