Verbal War Between NC, Cong, Jugal Disqualified For The Session

The partners of the coalition government fought in the assembly on Tuesday just after the speaker adjourned the house. The BJP member Jugal Kishore tried to assault physically Sakeena Itto of NC resulting in his disqualification for the remaining session.

As the speaker Mubarak Gul announced the adjournment of the house in the wake of scuffle between BJP, NPP members and Rasheed, NC and Congress members remained in the house to have a verbal fight. “If you can’t run the government you must leave,” Sham Lal Sharma of Congress cried on Ali Mohammad Sagar. This resulted in a serious quarrel between the coalition members and M Akbar Lone pointing towards the congress members dared to challenge them by saying, “If you want to leave, you can with pleasure leave the support of coalition, there is no compulsion”. Nazir Gurezi and SS Salathia of NC, and Sharief Niyaz of and GN Saroori of Congress joined the verbal war and accused that the speaker is not able to conduct the house smoothly.

“The Indian and State constitution is always humiliated in the house, the speaker has failed to conduct the house so NC should decide whether to run the government or not,” cried Sham Lal Sharma.

When the house resumed after the adjournment, it was revealed that during the verbal war and ruckus in the house, Jugal Kishore of BJP had tried to physically assault the social welfare minister Sakeena Itto. The chief minster, Omar Abdullah rose to condemn the said member and he suggested that before resuming the business the speaker should strongly condemn the act. The speaker announced that the conduct of Jugal Kishore to try to assault a woman member was not tolerable. He announced the disqualification of Jugal Kishore for the entire budget session.
