Government Wednesday extended winter vacations in Kashmir division and winter zone of Jammu division till March 10.
All schools will now open on 11th of March. Earlier the government had extended the winter vacation till March 3.
“All private and government schools will open on 11th of March. Being Monday all schools will resume class work”, said Commissioner Secretary Education Farooq Ahmad Faktoo while talking to KNS over phone.
“We have extended the vacation due to bad weather and to avoid unnecessary trouble to students”, he added.
