A local court Saturday convicted a woman in Kulgam for murdering her husband in 2007.
A woman namely Akhtera wife of Late Mohammed Shafi was found guilty for murdering her husband after a trial at honorable sessions court Kulgam. She has been convicted by Honorable Sessions Judge Kulgam Shri Zubair Ahmad Raza.
The honorable court will decide her punishment on 11th of this month. CPO Kulgam was the special public prosecutor of the case appointed by the government.
The convicted woman was produced before the honorable court by Kulgam Police in FIR number 116/07 under section 302 RPC.
