With yet another innovative ide, scores of people on Wednesday took out a rally in South Kashmir demanding “freedom”.
However, today it was in Jhelum that people rowed boats from Wurran Haal to Pazalpora in Bijbehara.
The “pro-freedom” boat rally was taken out early today and amid anti-India slogans culminated in Pazalpora area of Bijbehara.
There were around 40 boats with green flags and over a hundred people in them.

Meanwhile, a massive “Azaadi” rally is being held in Qaimoh area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani telephonically addressed the rally asking people to “remain steadfast”.
Another such rally is being held in Dangerpora, Padgampora area of Awantipora where thousands of people assembled in Agriculture farm today.
