According to Additional Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad, transport arrangement and admit card download facility have been put in place for candidates appearing in written test for the post of Medical Officer (Allopathic) and Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) in Health and Medical Education Department to be conducted by Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission on August 29, 2016.

Primroz Bashir, ARTO, Anantnag (Cell No. 9419167327) and Aishfeen Ali Khan, BDO Qazigund have been appointed as Nodal Officers for the purpose, an official spokesperson said Wednesday evening.

They would made transport arrangements and responsible for the departure/Arrival of the candidates at designated place i.e. Govt. Degree College (Boys) Khanabal Islamabad at 10:00 A M on the said date.

In order to avail the transport facility, the interested candidates have to register their names in the office of ADC, Islamabad. The candidates can also download their admit cards through NIC Center Islamabad at DC office.

Attention Candidates Appearing In Written Test of Medical Officers

Additional Commissioner, Kashmir has asked the candidates who have not received the Admit Cards for appearing in written test for the post of Medical Officer (Allopathic) and Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) in Health & Medical Education Department to be conducted by J&K Public Service Commission on August 29th,  2016 at various Centres in Srinagar to approach NIC Centres functioning in the office of respective Deputy Commissioners for accessing internet services/generation of Admit Cards required for appearing in the examination.

It is further said that for any kind of assistance, the candidates may contact the office of respective Deputy Commissioner on these telephone numbers.

The districts include Srinagar, Ganderbal, Baramulla, Budgam and Islamabad with Mobile and Office No’s9419009488/9419055573, 0194-2452182/2472580 for Srinagar, 9419035716, 2416141/2416142 for Ganderbal, 9419068392,01952-234210 for Baramulla, 9419033617, 01951-255203 for Budgam and9419029635, 01932-22237 for Islamabad respectively.

The candidates of other districts including Bandipora, Shopian, Kulgam, Kupwara and Pulwama have been asked to contact on Mobile and office Nos i.e. 9419015811, 01957-226085 for Bandipora, 9419030228, 01933-260987 for Shopian, 9419342881, 01931-260500 for Kulgam, 9419247798, 01955-253335 for Kupwara and 9419137940, 01933-241243 for Pulwama respectively.

Transport, Internet Facility for MO Written Test Aspirants of Baramulla

District Administration Baramulla has made special arrangements for providing internet and transport facility for the candidates of Baramulla District who are going to appear in the written test for the post of Medical Officer in Allopathic and Ayurvedic in Health and Medical Education Department on August 29, 2016.

The aspiring candidates have been asked to get their admit cards downloaded from NIC, DC Office, Baramulla. These admit cards will be considered as curfew pass in case of curfew and restrictions on the day. For availing the transport facility, the candidates have also been asked to reach at DC office Baramulla at 4:30 am on the scheduled date of written test. Transport facility for NET students of Islamabad

As per the instructions of ADDC Anantnag and in order to coordinate the transport arrangements for students appearing in NET to be held on August 28, 2016, Ashfeen Ali, BDO Qazigund (Cell No. 9622631172) and Tariq Ahmad Veray, AE Rural Dev. Deptt. (Cell No. 9419042173) have been appointed as Nodal Officers.

They should be responsible for the departure/ arrival of the candidates at the designated place i.e. Govt. Degree College (Boys) Khanabal, Islamabad August 28, 2016 at 04:30 am.

Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Kulgam today reviewed the functioning of Education Department in district Kulgam.

The meeting was attended by Chief Education Officer, all the Principals of HSS, Zonal Education Officers and Headmasters of High Schools of the District.

The meeting had a thread bare discussion on the attendance of teaching and non-teaching staff of the educational institutions besides to review various centrally sponsored schemes like up-dation of TALASH under SSA, Child tracking, School Mapping formulation of UDISE data 2016-17 and functioning of seasonal centers for Scheduled Tribe population.

The Deputy Commissioner enjoined upon the officers of Education Department to make all the schools functional without any further delay.

The Chief Education Officer gave on spot directions to all the DDO`S to ensure their presence and submit the attendance status on daily basis. He also directed them to compensate the syllabi which could not be accomplished during turmoil period by going through additional classes.
