Cabinet Approves Transfers and Postings In Civil Administration
The Cabinet which met here on Thursday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Ms Mehbooba Mufti approved the following transfers and postings in the civil administration.
Pramod Kumar Jain, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K has been transferred and posted as Chairman, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Finance Department.
B B Vyas, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Planning Development & Monitoring Department shall hold the charge of the post of Principal Secretary to HCM in addition to his own duties till further orders, an official spokesperson said this evening.
He will also hold the charge of the posts of Administrative Secretary, Information, Hospitality and Protocol, Civil Aviation and Estates Departments.
Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS, Chairman, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K.
Navin Kumar Choudhary, IAS, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and also holding the charge of the posts of Administrative Secretary, Departments of Finance, Hospitality and Protocol, Civil Aviation and Estates Departments has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
Vineeta Gupta, IAS, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K has been transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K.
Parvez Iqbal Khateeb, IAS, Transport Commissioner, J&K has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K.
R K Pandita, KAS, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants) has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K SC/ST & OBC Development Corporation.
YP Suman, KAS, Managing Director, J&K S.C/S.T & OBC Development Corporation has been transferred and posted as Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants).
Cabinet Approves Transfers and Postings In Police Administration
The Cabinet approved the following transfers and postings in the Police administration.
S K Mishra, IPS, Special D.G (Coordination), PHQ has been transferred and posted as DGP, Prisons, J&K vice S P Vaid.
S P Vaid, IPS, DGP, Prisons, J&K has been transferred and posted as Special DG (Coordination and Law & Order). The post of Special D.G Coordination held by S K Mishra has been re-designated as Special DG (Coordination and Law & Order) till held by the officer.
Cabinet Approves Promotions In Forest Department
The Cabinet approved the following promotions in the Forest department:
Ravi Kumar Kesar has been promoted to the level of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in the Above Super Time Scale –II of Rs 75500-80000 (HAG+) w.e.f 1st July, 2016.
Suresh Chugh has been promoted to the level of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in the Above Super Time Scale –II of Rs 75500-80000 (HAG+) w.e.f 1stSeptember, 2016.
OP Sharma has been promoted to the level of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in the Above Super Time Scale –I of Rs 67000-79000 (HAG) w.e.f 1st September, 2016.
NP Singh has been promoted to the level Chief Conservator of Forests in the Super Time Scale –II of Rs 37400-67000 (GP of Rs 10,000) w.e.f 23rd April, 2013.
SK Sinha, RK Tiwari, Vasu Yadav, J Frankoi, Brij M Sharma, T Rabi Kumar, Sandip Kujur, F A Gillani and J Iqbal Punjoo have been promoted to the level of Chief Conservator of Forests in the Super Time Scale –II of Rs 37400-67000 (GP of Rs 10,000) prospectively.
The Cabinet also released non-functional scale of Rs 37400-67000 (GP of Rs 10,000) in favour of NP Singh w.e.f 19th November, 2012 and J Frankoi w.e.f 13thOctober 2014 and in favour of Brij M Sharma, T Rabi Kumar, Sandip Kujur, F A Gillani and J Iqbal Punjoo w.e.f 1st September 2015.
Cabinet Approves Promulgation of Ordinance
The Cabinet accorded sanction to the promulgation of an Ordinance titled ‘ The Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2016’ under section 91 of the constitution of J&K.
Cabinet Approves Transfer of Land for Establishing Mini Industrial Estate In Reasi
The Cabinet accorded sanction to the transfer of State land, measuring 70 Kanal situated in village Gran, District Reasi, to the Industries and Commerce Department, for establishment of a Mini Industrial Estate.
