SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded ex-post facto sanction to the deputation of IAS officer Ananth Dwivedi, Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), JK, for attending the Uttar Pradesh: AI and Health Innovation Conference in Lucknow.
The sanction was issued through Government Order No. 667-JK(HME) of 2026, by the Health and Medical Education Department.
According to the order, Dwivedi attended the conference held in Lucknow on January 12 and 13, 2026.
The department issued the sanction based on a reference received from the Mission Director, ABDM, JK, vide communication JK/ABDM/2026-27/416-17 dated August 21, 2026.
The ex-post facto approval formally regularises Dwivedi’s deputation for participation in the conference.
