SRINAGAR: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is inviting applicants for various positions including Senior Manager (Marketing), Manager (Marketing), Deputy Manager (Marketing)-SPU, Assistant Manager (Marketing) SPU, Assistant Manager (Marketing), Assistant Manager (Microbiologist), Medical Officer (Gynecology and Obstetrics), and Rajbhasha Adhikari. The application deadline is March 15, 2024.
To be eligible for the posts of Senior Manager (Marketing), Manager (Marketing), and Deputy Manager (Marketing), applicants must have a minimum of 60 percent marks (50 percent for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates) in a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Agri Business Marketing/Rural Management/Foreign trade/International Marketing or a BSc in Agriculture, with a minimum of 60 percent marks (50 percent for SC/ST/PwBD/ Departmental candidates) in MSc (Agriculture) with specialisation in any discipline or MSc with specialization in any discipline of Agriculture.
For the post of Senior Manager (Marketing), applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification in-line marketing experience in the sale of Agri Inputs like seeds, Fertilizers, Organic/Bio-Fertilizers, Agrochemicals, etc., in the rural market. Alternatively, experience in International Marketing/Fertilizers Imports, Seed Production, Processing and Marketing, Soil and water analysis, handling Soil testing Equipment’s including Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Field and Laboratory Research in the field of agriculture, or selling crop Care Products (Pesticides/Biopesticides/Plant Growth Promoters) is acceptable.
For the post of Manager (Marketing), applicants must have a minimum of 11 years of post-qualification in-line marketing experience in the sale of Agri Inputs like seeds, Fertilizers, Organic/Bio-Fertilizers, Agrochemicals, etc., in the rural market. Alternatively, experience in International Marketing/Fertilizers Imports, Seed Production, Processing and Marketing, Soil and water analysis, handling Soil testing Equipment’s including Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Field and Laboratory Research in the field of agriculture, or selling crop Care Products (Pesticides/Biopesticides/Plant Growth Promoters) is acceptable.
For the post of Deputy Manager (Marketing), applicants must have a minimum of 07 years of post-qualification in-line marketing experience in Seed Production, Processing and Marketing.
To be eligible for the post of Assistant Manager (Microbiologist), applicants should have an MSc degree in Microbiology with a minimum of 60 percent marks in aggregate (50 percent for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates). Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of 03 years of working experience as a Microbiologist in any Bio-fertilizers Plant or pharmaceutical industry.
To be eligible for the post of Medical Officer (Gynecology & Obstetrics), applicants must have an MBBS Degree and a minimum of 01 year of Professional experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics (after internship) from a minimum 15-bedded Hospital/Medical College/Hospital in a large industrial complex on a permanent or temporary basis.
The required documents during the application submission include Matriculation Certificate, Mark sheets, and Degree Certificates, Experience Certificate issued by the Employer, Certificate issued by Employer(s), if any, Caste Certificate, Medical Certificate, Identity Proof, Photograph, and signature.
Selected applicants will receive a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹220,000 depending on the post.
