NIA court extends judicial custody of Asiya, her aides till October 7


A special National Investigation Agency court in Delhi has extended the judicial custody of Dukhtaran-e-Milat chairperson Asiya Andrabi and two of her associates till October  7.

Asiya Andrabi and her two associates were arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for allegedly using “various media platforms to spread insurrectionist imputations and hateful speeches that endanger the integrity, security, and sovereignty of India”.

They are currently lodged in Tihar jail.
