Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) Shopian on Saturday conducted a surprise checking of various Government offices in the town.
The spokesman said inspection was held on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Aijaz.
During the inspection, Tehsil Supply Office was found locked and the entire staff of the office was placed under suspension of dereliction of duty.
