SRINAGAR: The United Kingdom government and the participating universities are offering scholarships for full-time Master’s courses for the year 2023/24.
The last date for application is December 13, 2022, and the application process is completely free.
Candidates from all Commonwealth Nations (56 countries including India) who cannot afford to study in a UK university without this scholarship are eligible.
Documents required include identity proof and academic transcripts detailing all higher education qualifications.
Selected candidates will be provided with a full tuition fee, a stipend/living allowance of 1236-1516 euros (1,01400 -1,26000 INR) per month, a Study travel grant within the UK and overseas, roundtrip airfare, a thesis grant (if applicable), a child allowance of 529 euros (43,300 INR) in case of married candidates, and additional financial support for the disabled persons.
Eligible candidates need to register themselves on CSC (Commonwealth scholarship Commission) online application system. Candidates also have to apply and secure admission at a participating UK university. Contact details for each participating University can be found at the CSC portal.
