More complaints against him are being received, the officer said.

The second FIR has been lodged against suspended government school teacher Jameel Anjum of Lower Gadi Garh, Jammu, based on a joint complaint by nine individuals. Anjum, currently in judicial custody in another case, is accused of defrauding them of ₹39 lakh under the pretext of offering government jobs. This is the 11th FIR against Anjum, who allegedly posed as a personal assistant to a top official.

In the third case, Iftikhar Ali and Nazir Ali of Chanderkote, Ramban, were booked after a resident of their neighbouring village, Mohd Taki, accused them of cheating him on a false promise of a government job.

The SSP urged people, especially job seekers and their families, to remain cautious and not fall prey to such scams.
