SRINAGAR: Quite a few days are left before the last date to apply for Assistantship at JNU’s Special Centre for Molecular Medicine Research Assistantship 2022.

The opportunity can be availed by graduate degree holders in Engineering, Medicine, Pharma or Science (with first class or above). The candidates are required to work on a DST-SERB-funded project, Functional Characterization of Cell Division Protein FtsZ and its Co-ordination with DNA Replication in Human Pathogenic Bacteria Helicobacter Pylori.

 The candidate who will eventually get selected will receive a salary as per the norms of the university and funding agency. Apart from holding graduate degrees, the candidates must have a minimum of two years of research experience in molecular / cell biology techniques as per the requirement of the project. The candidate should preferably be with a Life Sciences background.
