SRINAGAR: Khyber Cement has successfully gone live with Project Nishat, a large-scale digital transformation initiative that transitions the company’s core business operations to SAP S/4HANA, marking a major milestone in its journey toward global operational excellence.

The enterprise-wide implementation represents a significant upgrade in Khyber Cement’s operational backbone, aligning the organisation with internationally recognised enterprise standards. By migrating to SAP S/4HANA, the company has enabled real-time visibility across business functions, improved system integration, and created a unified data environment designed to support long-term scalability and growth.
Project Nishat delivers a comprehensive overhaul of key business processes, replacing fragmented legacy systems with a cohesive, data-driven digital framework. The project was executed in close collaboration with Grant Thornton, with technical support from SAP Labs, bringing together global consulting expertise and best-in-class enterprise technology.
