Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesman for J&K Altaf Thakur has strongly condemned the killing of famous Chemist M L Bindro at his shop near Iqbal Park, Srinagar by militants stating that the slain was helpful, sober and pro-poor who always cared for the poor.
