SRINAGAR
One person died while three others were injured in different road accidents across the valley.
An unknown vehicle hit and injured Ghulam Nabi aka Naba Baba resident of Kanalwan, Thajiwara at Soin Wangam, Kokernag Islamabad. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura where he succumbed to his injuries. Police have registered a case in this regard, a police statement said Sunday afternoon.
The statement said that an unknown vehicle hit and injured a 10 years old boy Murtaza Mir resident of Balpora at Dialgam, Islamabad. The injured was shifted to District Hospital, for treatment.
In another accident, an Auto load carrier bearing registration number JK05D/7752 hit a motorcycle bearing registration number JK09/8501 at Wadoora Baramulla resulting in injuries to motorcyclist Kamran Majeed Wani resident of Yaroo Langate. The injured was shifted to the Hospital for treatment.
The statement further informed that in yet another accident, an Alto car bearing registration number JK05C/5706 met with an accident at Syedpora Beerwah, resulting in injuries to its driver Rayees-Ul-Hassan Wani son of Ghulam Hassan resident of Goom Ahmad Pora Pattan. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura Srinagar for treatment.
