SRINAGAR: Security forces recovered a cache of arms and ammunition from the forward Sudhpora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday, officials said.
A senior police officer said that the recovery was made during a joint operation by security forces in the forward area.
He said the recovery was made during an operation in the area, while further details regarding the cache are awaited.
A probe has been initiated into the recovery, the officer said. (KNO)
