A police party was Saturday attacked in South Kashmir’ Islamabad district killing two cops.
Reports and witnesses said that gunshots were heard in main Islamabad market Saturday morning. The suspected militant attack left two cops, including an ASI, Bashir Ahmad and a Constable, Reyaz Ahmad, dead.
An ambulance was rushed to the spot and the injured cops were taken to the district hospital, Islamabad.
This is the second attack in last 24 hours in south Kashmir. On Friday, three BSF men killed while their convoy was attacked.
