SRINAGAR: Tata Consultancy Services is inviting applications for the posts of Civil/Structural Design Engineers- Steel Structure, RCC, and Stress Engineer- Mechanical and electrical engineers.
A candidate should possess B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, an M.Tech in Civil engineering for the post of civil engineering.
For the post of stress engineer -mechanical, candidates should possess B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical engineering.
Similarly, for the post of an electrical engineer, candidates should be M’Tech (Power System) / BE (Electrical) with 5-10 years of work experience in Power system.
Candidates aspiring for post of civil engineering should be able to perform steel designs as per Eurocodes, IS codes, preparation of detailed structural drawings and review of manufacturing drawings. Prepares and assists in the preparation of quantity estimation, Interdisciplinary coordination with working engineers to ensure designs/3d model meets all stakeholders’ requirements.
Candidates applying for stress engineer -mechanical posts should have an advanced understanding and proficient experience of design software such as CAESAR-II, CAEPIPE & PIPESTRESS software. Evaluate piping flexibility & stress analysis of lines connected to pumps, heat exchanges, pressure vessels, tanks and safety relief valves.
Candidates who are applying for electrical engineering should be able to work independently and Guide Engineers and train Engineers in Power System Projects. Unit Protecting (generator/ motor/ relay coordination and EMTP (Lightening, Energizing), PS cad software.
