SRINAGAR: The Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS) 2025 is offering a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue master’s and PhD programmes at top Malaysian universities.
The scholarship is funded by the Government of Malaysia, and in many cases, no application fee and no IELTS/TOEFL is required. MIS 2025 covers full tuition fees, and monthly living expenses. The scholarship offers a wide range of fields such as Engineering, Science, Economics, IT, and more.
The deadline for the Malaysia International Scholarship is June 30, 2025.
The study programmes available are Education, Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Journalism, and Information, Business, Administration and Law, Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, Information and Communication Technologies, Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction, Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Veterinary, Health and Welfare (not including medicine, nursing, and pharmacy).
The eligibility criteria involves that the applicants applying for Mater’s programmes must be 40 years old or younger, and the applicants applying for PhD programmes must be 45 years of age or younger, ensuring opportunities for young researchers and professionals. The applicants must also have language proficiency.
The document required include a clear and scanned copy of a passport, a copy of latest degree certificate, official transcripts of all previous academic records including grade and course records, two recommendation letters, and a research proposal for PhD applicants.
