SRINAGAR: Harbin Institute of Technology is offering the Chinese Government Scholarship 2023 for Master’s and PhD degree in China.
The scholarship is applicable through the CSC (China Scholarship Council) agency. The scholarship is available for international students all over the world.
The duration for the scholarship of Master’s is 2-3 years, while for PhD is 4-5 years.
The deadline for the early Action scholarship application is December 20, 2022 and for the Regular scholarship application is February 18, 2023.
The applicants willing to apply must not be of Chinese nationality and should be in good health. He/she should have good academic performance and beneficial ability in scientific research.
The candidates applying for Master’s must be under the age of 35 and for doctoral degree should be under the age of 40.
The Master degree program includes fields such as School of Astronauts, Computer Science and Technology, Mathematics, Material Science and Engineering, Physics, Civil Engineering and many more.
The subjects available in Doctoral degree program are School of Instrumentation Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Energy Science and Engineering, Humanities, Social Science and Law and further more.
The HIT CSC covers all the financial expenses such as Full tuition fee, Medical aid, Registration fee, Accommodation fee and provides monthly stipend for Master’s (3000 RMB) and PhD (3500 RMB).
The documents required for the registration process must include a Degree and a passport size photo, scanned copy of a passport, two letters of recommendation, research proposal, and proof of language proficiency and a photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
Interested candidates need to apply through Chinese Scholarship Council portal.
The application fee for the assessment is (400RMB or 60$). Students are required to send the electronic version of the application material to [email protected] for reference of paper application.
