SRINAGAR: Northern Railway’s Jammu Division has announced the temporary augmentation of two key trains with additional coaches to manage the increased passenger rush during the summer holiday season.

Officials said one additional Third AC coach will be attached to the Jammu Tawi–New Delhi Rajdhani Express from June 6 to June 12.
In a similar move, one extra Sleeper Class coach will be added to the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra–New Delhi Express from June 6 to June 13.
The decision has been taken to enhance passenger convenience and accommodate the seasonal surge in travel demand between Jammu and New Delhi during the peak summer vacation period.
Railway authorities said the additional coaches are expected to provide relief to passengers by increasing seat availability on these heavily patronised routes.
