Clashes broke out in Pulwama between youth and the government forces following the killing of three militants in Hakoora village of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district last night.
Reports said that the youth assembled at Rajpora Chowk and Murran Chowk pelted government forces with stones. Police retaliated by firing tear gas smoke shells.
Until the last reports came, heavy stone pelting and tear smoke shelling were going on in the area.
