As per the statement the report inaccurately claimed that several healthcare workers were absent, which DAK called flawed and biased assessment.

The statement from DAK clarifies that hospital operations differ from other government departments, and it is normal for only a portion of staff to be present at any given time due to rotational shifts. “The biometric data recorded at 10:10 AM was inaccurate, as it did not allow for shift updates, leading to erroneous attendance records. Despite this, the visiting officer’s physical inspection confirmed that all hospital departments were operational at the time.”

DAK also pointed out significant inaccuracies in the report. “Dr Mukhtar, who has been transferred for over two years, Mr Shahid, who passed away two years ago, and Dr Bilal, who was terminated two years ago have been marked absent. These errors highlight a lack of proper verification and diligence.”

DAK called for a review of the report, correction of the inaccuracies, and proper engagement with medical officers before any further actions are taken. The association emphasized the need for fairness and transparency, urging the district administration to follow due process as per Civil Services Regulations (CSR) before taking punitive measures.
