SRINAGAR: The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, has announced a recruitment drive for 31 managerial posts across various disciplines, including Mining, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Safety, Environment, Systems, and Public Relations.
The online application window opened on July 11, 2025, and will close on August 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The recruitment process includes written/CBT examinations and interviews, depending on the grade of the post.
The advertised positions span different grades Deputy Manager (E02), Senior Manager (E04), and Deputy General Manager (E06), and will be filled based on merit, category reservation, and professional experience. Candidates with experience in government, PSUs, or reputed private sector firms with a turnover exceeding Rs 250 crore are preferred.
The company has also announced horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) in accordance with government guidelines. Applicants from SC, ST, OBC (NCL), and EWS categories are eligible for age relaxations as per prevailing norms. The maximum permissible age, after all relaxations, is 56 years.
