Employees Joint Action Committee president Khurshid Alam has welcomed the chief minister’s offer of talks to employees. Alam added that the talks offer should be fruitful than an exercise to buy time.

EMPLOYEES ARE PARASITES !
It is sick mentality to call employees as parasites. Due to the strike of employees whole of the administrative system has come to a halt. If we were doing nothing, and system was running at its own, then why this haltage.
EMPLOYEE DEMANDS NOT GENUINE AS THE STATE HAS NO RESOURCES !
The arrears of IAS and IPS officers make up about one million rupees per head and government did not think of the crisis while sanctioning that. If the influential officers get the privileges why the subordinates are refused the same? It is discrimination. Besides, tourist huts at Cheshma Shahi, that can fetch ten thousand rupees a room per night are occupied by the Babus for a paltry sum of Rs 200 per month.
GOVERNMENT SECTOR IS OVER STAFFED !
It is not our fault. Two lakh of the employees are in police department. Even if employees are more than what is required then why did chief minister announce that in next three years one lakh youth will be appointed.
CAN EMPLOYEES WORK WITHOUT CORRUPTION AFTER DEMANDS ARE MET !
We will definitely try to provide a corruption free administration. However, in most of the cases corruption percolates from the top.
