There are thousands of applications in various government departments seeking transfers. The worst sufferers are teachers followed by doctors. Even police officials live in secure compounds. Nusrat counts their weakness in their relatively being a small population and these days separatists hardly get any international support. Notwithstanding the measures taken by Pakistan government and international community, the FATA, Baluchistan as well as Afghanistan are crying for a constructive engagement.
